Holly oversees CCI's activities and helps to ensure the charity's vision is being fulfilled. This involves managing the team, planning scientific research projects and engaging with relevant stakeholders. As well as strategic planning and decision making, she is also involved in public relations and education, organising outreach events to help raise awareness of the cuttlefish and their conservation.

Laura manages all in and outgoing finances for CCI, develops and allocates budgets, schedules events and creates all fundraising proposals whilst networking with external partners.

Bethan manages various aspects of the charities operations and administration, working closely with team members and trustees. She supports the day to day functions of the charity, trustee coordination and charity commission requirements. Bethan also supports research projects, outreach events and creation of promotional material.
